I know it looks questionable. It is however quite comparable to fresh whipped cream. At roughly $5 a can it's very affordable, and you get a lot. I've been using it a lot. Angel food cake, my "lunch" which consisted of frozen strawberries and bananas, more whip than fruit and all topped with chocolate syrup. Shut up it was VERY healthy. An attempt at Tiramisu which kind of turned into Tira-ma-blob (but still very good), pancakes, I still haven't used one can up. I always end up with extra cream that just goes bad, and I'm not a fan of cool whip. This is good stuff though, and unlike real cream it doesn't melt and get runny in the fridge it almost thickens up after bit if left for a day or so.
